The Hilliard Davidson Football team – Freshmen, JV, and Varsity.

2. What is the attire for this event? |
Casual. |
3. How many tickets does each player have to sell? |
*The goal is 4 tickets per player for upperclassmen. Freshmen are welcome and encouraged to sell two, but not required.
*Remember, As a JV or Varsity Football player it is suggested that each player should sell 4 tickets to this event. All new Freshmen players are suggested to sell two tickets. It is suggested that each should try to at least encourage their parents and/or friends to support this event and come and join the fun! |
4. Will I receive a hard ticket after I have sent in my payment? |
Yes. If you mail in your payment by August 3, you will receive ticket and confirmation of payment. |
5. Are there reserved tables? |
No |
6. Does this event sell out? |
YES! |
7. Who can I bring to the event? |
EVERYONE – Friends, Family, Neighbors, all Wildcat Fans! |

Motivational Speakers, Strahler Award Winner announced, Introduction of the Football Players and Coaches, Football players are excused, Dinner and Cash Bar, Live Auction! |
11. Do Football players stay for the dinner? |
NO! Players are excused after the introduction of the players and coaches. Please plan ahead and make arrangements for your son to have a ride to home or with another player. |
12. At the Silent Auction, What method of payment is acceptable? |
Cash or Checks only. |
