MEET THE TEAM NIGHT

 

 

In order to continue the support of our players and coaches, the Hilliard Davidson Touchdown Club sponsors an annual "MEET THE TEAM NIGHT" in August. 

This year's event will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2010

 

This evening is the primary fundraising event for the football program and consists of:

• The introduction of the team and coaches to the Hilliard Davidson football community
• A featured motivational speaker
• Buffet dinner - Provided by Outback Steakhouse - Dinner will include Chicken Breast, Baked Potato, Salad, Rolls and Cheesecake for dessert.

• 50/ 50 Raffle

One of the highlights of the event is the Live Auction, where items donated by local businesses and supporting individuals are available for " live bids".  The highest bidder "wins" the item. The "live" auction has been a big hit with everyone.  The professional auctioneer will be ready for bids. The previous Meet the Team nights have proven to be phenomenal and this year's live auctions should prove to be even more successful!

• Recieve a Car Window Decal with the Hilliard 100 Logo to proudly display and show support for your team.

• Make all checks payable to : Touchdown Club
• Be sure to include your Name and Address so your decal can be sent to you.

Remember, these funds assist in providing pre and post game meals, Gatorade hydration package, comfortable transportation to distant games, individual awards and plaques, highlight videos, t-shirts for camp, play-offs, OCC/Regional patches, etc. In addition, a portion of the proceeds go toward the scholarship fund, the Brad Strahler Touchdown Club Memorial Scholarship, which annually provides a senior football player with $1000 in funds for the college of his choice.
