The Touchdown Club website is the primary source of up to date information for parents, alumni and fans of the Freshmen, Junior Varsity and Varsity Football program of Hilliard Davidson High School. We encourage everyone's participation in the club. In addition to providing funding and volunteers to support the program, it is a great way to get involved, meet, interact and have fun with Wildcat Football fans! NEW: Year-End Football Awards
The Annual Year-End Football Awards event took place on Sunday January 8th at 1PM in the Davidson PAC. All players were recognized for their 2011 season accomplishments. Congratulations to the following recipients of the team-sponsored recognition awards:

Listen to Davidson Playoff Games on Internet & Smartphones
Gameday Broadcasting will be broadcasting the remaining Hilliard Davidson High School playoff games over the internet and smartphones. Davidson fans can listen to the game a couple of ways:

1. From your computer, go to www.gamedaybroadcasting.com and click the 'listen live' tab in upper right corner.
2. Download the TUNEIN RADIO app to your smartphone, then search from within the app for 'Gameday Broadcasting'.

Tune into the broadcasts on Saturdays at 6:45pm starting this Saturday with the Pickerington Central game. Please spread the word about this opportunity to cheer on the Wildcats to families, fans, and alumni that are out of town or can't make it to the game!

Davidson Wildcats Advance to the Regional Finals!
Congratulations to the Hilliard Davidson Varsity Wildcats for their victory over #4 seed Upper Arlington last week. The Wildcats will be playing #2 seed Pickerington Central this Saturday November 19 at Ohio Wesleyan University's Selby Stadium at 7pm. Advance purchase tickets will be available from the Athletic Office this week at the following times:

Thursday, November 17 – 8:00am-8:00pm
Friday, November 18 – 8:00am-4:00pm
Saturday, November 19 – 1:00pm-3:00pm

Tickets for all spectators are $7.00 (pre-sale) and $9.00 at the gate (pre-school ages are free and unfortunately there are no senior discounts for tournament contests). Please buy your tickets early to avoid the increased charge at the gate, and our school also retains a percentage of the pre-sale.

Vote for ThisWeek Community Newspaper Super 25 Captain Nominee Sam Coles!
Since 1994, the sports staff at ThisWeek Community Newspapers spent a few hours each November debating which 25 area players had the best seasons. At times those debates became heated, but the end result was a list of 25 deserving players including a captain. This year, ThisWeek is asking area fans for help. This years' nominees include:

Vote early and vote often, as the fans' top vote-getter will be counted as one vote toward the staff's selection of the captain. Voting closes Monday, Nov. 21. ThisWeek's Super 25 football team will be released in the Nov. 24 editions.

Congratulations to the Junior Varsity Wildcats team who ended their regular season UNDEFEATED and outscored their opponents 277-36 (which included 7 shutouts).

MEET THE TEAM NIGHT Was a Sell-Out!
Parents, Family, Alumni, and avid WIldcat football fans were all treated to another sell-out "MEET THE TEAM NIGHT" hosted by the Touchdown Club on August 12. The event was catered by Outback Steakhouse and featured keynote speaker Butch Reynolds, a silent auction, presentation of the Brad Strahler Touchdown Club Memorial Scholarship to Kyle Annis, and introduction of this years Wildcat football teams by Coach White and his coaching staff. Many thanks go out to all the Touchdown Club volunteers and sponsors whose work made this event a success!

The Hilliard Davidson Touchdown Club is now officially a tax exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code effective as of May 1, 2011. 501(c)(3) status makes us eligible to participate in a number of programs like the Kroger Community Rewards program.
